Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all works performed by Torudeabi ja Elektritööd OÜ (trading as Torudeabi 24). By accepting a quotation or allowing work to commence, the customer agrees to these terms in full.

Backfilling

Backfilling of a trench is made by the excavated soil. The soil is flattened and levelled to match the surrounding surface.

Restoration of Greenery

Restoration of greenery (lawn) affected during excavation or construction works is possible on the basis of an additional contract for an additional fee.

Additional Works

If additional works are required beyond the original agreed scope, their execution and payment are agreed in a separate additional contract signed by both parties before work commences.

Insulation Materials

Price offers do not include the cost of insulation material to cover the existing pipeline unless expressly stated in the written quotation.

Customer Review of Works

The customer must conduct an ongoing review of the work and compliance with quality requirements throughout the duration of the project. Any concerns must be raised immediately in writing.

Customer Instructions

The customer must check the progress of the work and give instructions to the contractor in a timely manner. Delays caused by lack of instructions or access are not the responsibility of the contractor.

Warranty

The work executed is covered by a two-year warranty for normal daily use from the date of completion. The warranty covers defects arising from faulty installation and does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, or natural events.

Customer-Supplied Materials

The company is not responsible for the installation of materials purchased by the customer independently. If customer-supplied materials are found to be defective or unsuitable, any additional costs arising are borne by the customer.

Payment

The customer under the contract for work and materials must pay on the basis of the invoice issued upon completion of works, unless a different payment schedule has been agreed in writing. Late payments accrue interest in accordance with applicable Estonian law.

Licensing

Plumbing emergency work and electrical work are performed under appropriate registration and licensing.

Additional Conditions

Transport

Transport within Tallinn is free of charge between 08:00 and 19:00 (excluding pressure washing and sewage transport services). For works outside Tallinn, transport costs will be added to the invoice.

Apartment Associations

We offer service contracts for apartment associations (korteriühistud) starting from 1 EUR per month. Contact us for a tailored maintenance agreement.

Emergency Work

Emergency call-outs outside standard hours (before 08:00 and after 19:00, weekends, and public holidays) are subject to an emergency rate surcharge, which will be communicated before dispatch.

Data Protection

Personal data (name, contact details, address, service history) is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act. Data is used solely for service delivery and is never sold to third parties.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably may be referred to the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) or the competent Estonian court.
