Note: All prices are subject to VAT.
Important Notes
- Minimum call-out fee equals the first hour of work.
- Works outside Tallinn are possible — transport costs will be added.
- Works not listed in the price list are carried out according to a separate quotation.
- For large-scale works, the price is by agreement!
- For pressure washing and sewage transport, 30 min is added for water collection and the return trip.
- Contact our dispatcher for an estimated cost.
- Act preparation is a separate agreement; rates apply from 15+ km.
- Discounts do not apply to outdoor works (sewer pipe replacement, water pipe replacement, heating pipe replacement, well replacement, pump replacement, etc.).
- Note: The hourly rate applies to one person's work.
After-hours (19:00–08:00)
A call-out surcharge of 10 € is added to the invoice for work between 19:00 and 08:00. Discounts apply during standard hours 08:00–19:00.
Transport
- Transport within Tallinn is free between 08:00 and 19:00 (excluding pressure washing and sewage transport).
- For work outside Tallinn, a per-kilometre charge applies (see pricing table).
- For pressure washing and the removal of sewage, oil waste, sand, hazardous waste, etc., an additional 30 minutes is charged for water intake, waste disposal, and transport (round trip).
Additional Conditions
If a work vehicle must be left in a paid parking area, the parking fee will be added to the invoice at actual cost. The customer will be notified in advance.
Note: No warranty applies to blockage clearing services.
