A quality paint job is 80% preparation and 20% paint – which is exactly why most cheap repaints start peeling within a year. Torudeabi 24 painters approach every surface the same way: assess, strip, repair, putty, sand, prime, and only then paint. A rushed job can look fine at first glance, but under raking light every seam, brush mark, ripple, and old crack shows through – and at that point it cannot be "fixed", only redone.
We repaint apartment walls and ceilings, hang and strip wallpaper, skim and level old plastered surfaces, spray-paint radiators and exposed pipework, repaint stairwells and common areas for apartment associations, refresh office interiors over weekends, and also handle exterior facade painting on timber and rendered substrates. We use low-VOC (low-odour) interior paints from Tikkurila, Vivacolor, and Sadolin as standard, colour-match to any NCS or RAL code, and sheet over floors and furniture with protective covering before starting work.
Inside your home or office we keep dust and disruption to a minimum: we lay down protective sheeting along the full path of movement, use dust-extracting sanders, and sweep the floor at the end of every working day. Larger projects (stairwells, office floors, apartment block facades) we schedule in a way that does not disturb residents or staff – including evenings and weekends when that is what fits best.
What our painting works include
Wall and ceiling painting: we strip off old layers that have bubbled or cracked, level the surface with filler, sand it down to full smoothness with abrasive paper, prime, and then apply 2–3 coats of topcoat in the sheen level you choose (matt, eggshell, satin, semi-gloss). Between topcoats we lightly sand to guarantee a flat, uniform finish.
Wallpaper removal and hanging: we strip old wallpaper with a steamer or stripping solution, clean the substrate of adhesive residue, level the surface where needed, prime, and then hang the chosen wallpaper – whether paper, vinyl, fibreglass, linen, or non-woven. We work with pattern-repeat (drop-match) papers and guarantee exact pattern alignment at the seams.
Plastering, puttying, and priming: we repair cracks, feather old plastered surfaces into new ones, tape and skim plasterboard joints (up to Q2/Q3 finish level), sand, and prime every surface before the topcoat goes on. In damp rooms we switch to moisture-tolerant gypsum filler, and we embed fibre mesh anywhere there is a real risk of recurring cracks.
Stairwells, offices, facades, and decorative finishes
Stairwell and common-area repaints for apartment associations: we deliver full stairwell repaints – stripping of old paint and loose plaster, wall repairs, rust treatment on metal handrails, ceilings and walls in different pastel tones, and a separate accent colour for skirtings and door surrounds. We offer apartment associations a site inspection and price quote within one day and schedule the work at times that suit residents.
Office interior painting and decorative finishes: we refresh office and retail spaces typically in the evenings or over weekends so that the working day is not disrupted. We also deliver accent walls, textured finishes (e.g. Decorazza, Tikkurila Taika), colour blocking, stencilled graphics, and logo painting on walls. Colour, sheen, and finish type are always agreed with the client, and we can provide painted colour samples on test patches when needed.
Exterior painting: we repaint timber-clad house facades (high-pressure washdown, sanding of old layers, wood impregnation, primer, and 2 topcoats), painted rendered facades (breathable acrylic, silicate, or silicone paint depending on the substrate), timber weatherboard and fibre-cement panel facades, and we coat metal elements (gates, fences, railings) with rust-inhibiting primer and topcoat.
