A 3D render shows a room in the exact light, finish, and furniture you will actually live with – long before paint, tile, or cabinetry is ordered, when a change still costs nothing. Torudeabi 24 visualizers build photorealistic models of apartments, private houses, offices, cafés, shops, and entire facades from your dxf or pdf floor plan, a scan of the existing space, or a rough hand-sketch.

We model walls, floors, ceilings, windows, doors, stairs, and built-in furniture to the millimetre, apply real-world finishes from supplier catalogues (Kährs parquet, Kerama Marazzi tile, Vivacolor paint, IKEA/MUUTO furniture), and light the scene with physically based HDRI and area lights in V-Ray, Corona, or Lumion. You see the actual morning light on the kitchen counter, the shadow cast by the staircase railing, and the reflection on the bathroom tile.

A colour, a rug, a worktop, or a whole wall layout can be swapped while the image is still on the screen. Final deliverables include high-resolution stills (4K or larger), 360° panoramas, short camera-flythrough clips, and interactive VR walkthroughs viewable in a browser or headset. Every project includes two revision rounds on camera, material, and lighting, a shared Dropbox folder with all source files, and a summary PDF you can hand to the contractor.

What our 3D visualization covers

Interior visualization – kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, walk-in closets, and children's rooms. We model furniture from manufacturers' CAD files or build it by hand, apply real textures and dimensions, and track light-fitting positions and output. The client chooses camera angles, swaps colour tones, and sees how light behaves through the day.

Exterior and facade visualization – private houses, row houses, apartment blocks, and commercial buildings together with the surrounding landscape. We apply the facade finish materials (plaster, stone, timber, glass), model shadows, and compute the solar azimuth for the project site. Helps decide facade colour, roof shades, and yard layout before the building permit is filed.

Material and colour tests – several variants of the same room (for example, three tile combinations and two parquet combinations) shown side-by-side. Avoids expensive mistakes: swapping tile in a finished room often costs several thousand euros, swapping a render takes a few hours.

VR walkthroughs and 360° panoramas – the client puts on a VR headset or spins the image in a phone and walks through the room. Ideal for real-estate sales, Airbnb listings, client-presentation decks, and group decisions (such as a family choosing a kitchen together).

Workflow, files, and delivery

Input data – we accept your dxf or pdf plan, a BIM model, a lidar scan, or hand-measured sketches. If no data exists we visit the site, measure the rooms with a 3D scanner, and produce the plan. After measurement we send a block-out model for approval before we begin modelling finish materials.

Material selection – a three-level Dropbox folder is shared with catalogues from Kährs, Kerama Marazzi, Vivacolor, Tikkurila, IKEA, and MUUTO. The client picks the desired products (colour code, tile SKU, furniture link) and we drop them into the render. Two revision rounds on materials and lighting are included in the price.

Delivery – 4K stills, 360° panoramas (sharable via WhatsApp or email), a camera-flythrough clip (10–30 seconds, 1080p or 4K), and a web-based VR walkthrough (a link that runs on phone, computer, and Meta Quest). All source files (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, V-Ray/Corona/Lumion scenes) are handed over too, so future edits can be made independently.
